Here a few things you can do around your bedroom and home for a good nights\u2019 sleep.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>1. Set the Temperature:<\/strong><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1395\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.propertyfinder.bh\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/shutterstock_699923584-600x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.propertyfinder.bh\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/shutterstock_699923584-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.propertyfinder.bh\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/shutterstock_699923584-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.propertyfinder.bh\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/shutterstock_699923584-800x534.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.propertyfinder.bh\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/shutterstock_699923584.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Most studies state that the best temperature for a good night\u2019s sleep is 15 \u2013 20 degrees, so turn on that AC or the fan before you hit the hay!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>2. Use Calm Colors:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Painting your bedroom can transform your sleeping habits, so long as you use natural and soothing colors, like neutral shades or light pastels.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3. Clean the Air:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A dusty room will not help at all when it comes to getting a good night\u2019s sleep, and its always better to have clean air. If a purifier doesn\u2019t work for you, then use a plant or two to purify the room.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>4. Keep it Dark:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The darker the room is, the better sleep you\u2019ll get! Try and turn off the lights off in the room, and that includes NOT using your smart phone before going to bed.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>5. Remove the TV from the Bedroom:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you do have a television in your bedroom, its actually better to remove it, as it keeps your mind stimulated, stealing sleep from you!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>7.
