These are important to take note of, as they will be the first indication of what the property offers, its price and just how reputable the company you are working with is. \nYou should really pay attention to the details that the company or agent are placing on the listing. In addition to price and number of rooms, you should also consider square meter, facilities, any community rules, etc.\u2026<\/p>\n

2. All the amenities:<\/strong>
\nListings will usually include furnishings, kitchen appliance availability, and all the information comes with it. But does it list the shared amenities you can use? Swimming pools, gyms, even parking and storage should be on that listing. The listing should also go into details about the unit\u2019s amenities, such as walk-in closets, balconies, etc.\u2026<\/p>\n

\nHigh quality photography is one of the most important things that you should look for in a listing. They are the best tool to gauge the property and the company itself, giving you a better understanding not only about the unit, but also about the company you are dealing with.<\/p>\n
