They make the design\u201d and I have been a faithful disciple of his philosophy throughout my career.<\/span><\/p>\n When presenting a property, would applying the principle of honouring details prove to be an added benefit? I am a strong believer that the answer to this question is definitely, yes! Details make up the story, and the story has a powerful impact on the buyer.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Details add soul to a nice place, be it luxurious or cosy. They make it beautiful. They add layers to the narrative and take the prospective buyer on a journey of possibilities. Engaging all the senses is a captivating concept that lures the prospective buyer into falling in love with the property.<\/span><\/p>\n In order to \u201cawaken\u201d the senses how about if we spray room fragrances that will stimulate emotions and help the prospective buyers fall in love with the property? I am thinking of white jasmine for the sitting room, Madagascar vanilla for the kitchen, lavender for the bedroom and Ceylon cinnamon for the kitchen pantry. Not too much, not too little. Just the right amount to tickle the senses and stimulate the imagination. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In adding more details, I would flirt with flowers that you personally chose, instead of florist-perfect bouquets, in a minimalist jar that looks very elegant.\u00a0 A classy frame, a unique artwork, a stack of carefully selected coffee-table books, a cosy throw, a few decorative pillows, and a set of scented candles. Who could resist that?<\/span><\/p>\n Playing with colours also vitally contributes to the psychology of the client. Colours that are \u201coff\u201d might lessen the chance of a sales or rent deal, whereas the right colours can add value to the room, revive it, and make it look promising for the buyer\u2019s and tenants’ future moments.<\/span><\/p>\n A bedroom calls for pastel tones and warm colours, soft-to-touch fabrics and housewarming items such as light lamps, magazines, and books to create the necessary comforting atmosphere.<\/span><\/p>\n Vibrant colours in a kitchen can create a recurring sense of new beginnings. Hanging utensils in visible places will make them look easily accessible while combining d\u00e9cor with practicality. Storage containers can also add to the decor as well as contribute to an overall \u201cclean and groomed\u201d look.<\/span><\/p>\n The living room can have grey or white colour shades, comfortable furniture for every member of the family, cosy throws and pillows, irresistible candles, and other eclectic details.<\/span><\/p>\n Finally, a bathroom needs a tray with good quality soaps, soft towels, and a bath rug.<\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s adamant to keep in mind while decorating there is such a thing as too much d\u00e9cor, and too many details. There is a golden ratio in decorating as much as in everything else. Enough d\u00e9cor to stimulate the imagination but not too much to overwhelm the buyer. There should always be space for the imagination of the prospective buyer to think about adding this here and that there.<\/span><\/p>\n Stylishly adding d\u00e9cor to a property that\u2019s for sale or rent, potentially adds value for the client, who will probably feel that they are gaining more than just a good property. Furthermore, chances are that the conventional client will sense that they belong to this place and the place belongs to them. And just like that! Everything would look perfect!<\/span><\/p>\n Paying the right attention to the property has never failed to satisfy even the most selective client.
