Why invest in Bahrain’s real estate?

If we are talking financially there are multiple reasons. Let’s start by saying Bahrain is unlike a lot of countries Bahrain have no Tax and Fee reductions in real estate. With the highest return on investment on average of 8 percent for residential properties in capital areas such as Seef and Juffair. Commercial properties, such as offices and retail spaces generated strong returns with up to 12% rental yields.

Bahrain is one of the most business-friendly environments in the world. That’s why many people consider it as a country they can have their retirement. And that’s because, with an investment starting at 50,000 Bahraini Dinars ( approximately 132,000$), you can get up to 10 years of residency. It’s important to note that there are additional requirements and fees associated with obtaining a residence permit.

Nowadays, the Bahraini government is encouraging foreign investment by opening the Golden visa, it doesn’t matter where you are from, you will certainly get the approval if you are willing to invest in properties worth 200,000 Dinars. And the bigger the investment the better potential you have. Because most of these properties are in prime locations in Bahrain, which is a great attraction for people who would love to live there.

When we say prime locations in Bahrain, we mean that you are surrounded by everything, and you will be 20 minutes away from everything. Great amenities and services for you and your family.

If you are willing to move here with your family, you will have too many options when it comes to education. Your children will be able to apply to international schools and universities that is giving them the quality of learning they are seeking. And help them by making their dream comes true.

Bahrain has always been known as a home for a lot of nationalities, and there is a reason for that. It’s because Bahrain is a multicultural country that a lot of nationalities and religions are happily living together in peace.

While you are getting your profits from your property, you can easily start a business here! With almost 1000$. And you will get all the support from the government as well. That’s another reason to call it home.

Bahrain’s real estate market is very diverse, with a wide range of properties available, from high-end luxury apartments to affordable housing. This means that investors can find a property that meets their budget and specific needs.

We must speak about the most wanted value you need when you are willing to move to another country, and that is safety! Bahrain is one of the safest countries in the world. And that’s because of many elements, the most important part is the people’s set of morals they have here, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Plus, you will always feel safe wherever you go there will be someone to help you from the ministry of interior officers.

Where to invest in Bahrain

Most of the time I get asked in which area to invest in Bahrain. Bahrain has several areas that are popular with renting and easy to sell including Juffair, Seef, Amwaj Islands and Bahrain Bay. Those areas have the best buildings with great amenities. Buildings in those areas offer beautiful views, facilities of 5-star hotels, friendly community. Most of the famous malls such as City Center.

At the moment Diyar Al Muharraq area is improving a lot, it is a new and fast-growing residential area in Bahrain. It offers a range of housing options, including villas, apartments, and townhouses, and community facilities such as schools, mosques, parks and shopping centres. And every area is famous for at least one thing, Diyar Al Muharraq has many, but the most famous thing is Dragon City, a world of diversity in shopping, with Marassi galleria mall opening soon it will be an accessible and luxury spot for residence and a those who are passing by, Also Diyar Al Muharraq is at Muharraq island one of the most cities that has most of Bahrain’s local culture and history. That makes you connect easily with the people.

Dilmunia Island was designed to be a health destination, with a focus on promoting medical tourism. I would mention that towers here have affordable prices for high-end luxury finishing, incredible waterfront views and different layouts. It`s within walking distance from Nadeen School and Dilmunia Mall which makes the investment more beneficial and makes it a popular choice for residents. And it also has the first-ever aquarium in the kingdom.

Seef District area is the city centre of Bahrain with the perfect location of it being in the heart of the Kingdom. The area is at its highest development residential and commercially speaking investing in Seef is always a bright idea with a great income benefiting the investors as the market is constantly ongoing with no doubt and once again the location is a home for essentials by being close to everything and has all the wants an individual will need. For example, you can find 1 bedroom apartments from 50000 to 85000BD and a return on investment of 7-10%.

In conclusion, investing in Bahrain’s real estate market could be a wise decision due to the country`s growing economy, favourable investment climate, affordability and stability. However, as with any investment, it’s important to have a professional adviser before making any decision.
