Al Yal Real Estate Company W.L.L. was established in 2008 as a Real Estate developer in Bahrain. The Company aims to be the benchmark for generating innovative investment opportunities within the local real estate market.
Al-Yal Residence Tower was the company’s first project, work on its development commenced in 2012. The company constructed a luxurious tower consisting of 25 floors and a total built up area of 19,178 square meters. The project comprises of 130 fully furnished residential units with exceptional amenities which include a restaurant, fully equipped gym, children’s play area and a swimming pool. The tower overlooks the sea and is situated in the heart of one of the most strategic locations in Al Seef area, just a few meters away from the Company’s largest Development “Catamaran Towers”. Al-Yal Residence tower was completed in August 2014 and due to its notable high quality, is currently fully leased.
The Company is equally owned by two prominent real estate developers: First Real Estate Company B.S.C. and Injazzat Real Estate Development Company K.S.C. (publicly listed company in the Kuwait Stock Exchange).
