1) Collecting rents.
2) Supervising repairs; replacement of furniture, paying all bills relating to your apartment etc.
3) Representing you at all HOA meetings and pays your strata fess.
4) Sending you a quarterly statement along with your funds after expenses, expenses will need to be approved by you prior to disbursement.
5) Keeps you posted on all matters relating to your apartment to help preserving your investment.
